A boutique hotel in Edappally is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational insight, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain consistent service quality and operational standards Ensure a smooth and memorable guest journey from check-in to check-out Identify operational gaps and implement regular training and development initiatives Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Optimize room inventory and drive booking conversions to maximize revenue Handle guest concerns and escalations effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Monitor and ensure consistent use of the Daybook for daily tracking, accountability, and operational clarity
Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a similar hotel management role; experienced candidates are strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Malayalam Excellent leadership and organizational abilities Proficiency in hospitality management systems and relevant software Thorough understanding of industry best practices and service standards
