2. Payroll, Salaries & Service Charge
- Salary calculation and payment processing for staff
- Payslip preparation and payroll records
- Allocation, distribution, and accounting of service charge
- Compliance with labour laws and internal policies
- PF, ESI, and statutory payroll filings
3. Vendor & Supplier Payments
- Processing and scheduling vendor payments
- Vendor ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Tracking payables, ageing analysis, and dues follow-up
- Coordination with vendors for statements and confirmations
4. GST Compliance
- GST registration and modifications
- Monthly / quarterly GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Input tax credit reconciliation
- Handling GST audits, notices, and assessments
5. TDS & Statutory Tax Compliance
- TDS calculation, deposit, and monthly filings
- Filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
