Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 5 years of experience in residential, commercial and township projects. The role involves concept to detailed landscape design, coordination with consultants, and site execution support.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare concept, schematic and detailed landscape designs.
· Develop hardscape, softscape, planting and irrigation layouts.
· Design parks, podiums, clubhouses, play areas, plazas and streetscapes.
· Coordinate with architecture, structural, civil and MEP teams.
· Prepare construction drawings, BOQs and specifications.
· Review shop drawings and monitor site execution.
· Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
· Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainable design principles.
Software
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Twinmotion, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), MS Office
Preferred Project Experience
Residential Apartments, Commercial Buildings, Integrated Townships, Villas, Clubhouses and Public Realm projects.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
