Hiring Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine for a leading restaurant/hospitality brand. Looking for experienced Asian Chef, Pan Asian Chef, Chinese Chef, Thai Chef, and Hotel Kitchen Chef professionals with expertise in kitchen operations, food quality, team handling and fine dining service. Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, luxury dining, and hospitality kitchen management are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead the Asian kitchen section efficiently
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams during operations
- Innovate and develop Asian menu items
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Asian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Chinese, Thai, Pan-Asian dishes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
