The role supports the Sub Vertical Lead and ERP team in maintaining day-to-day functional stability, basic configuration support, and user assistance across the SAP ERP landscape. The role assists in incident resolution, testing activities, documentation, and execution of approved changes under supervision. The role also coordinates with functional and technical teams to support routine operations, system monitoring, and business driven enhancements to ensure smooth and uninterrupted EPC operations.
