1–2 years of experience in HR/IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of End-to-End IT Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good candidate-handling and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR/recruitment tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
