We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Outlet Incharge / Supervisor to join our bakery team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the bakery outlet
- Manage and motivate outlet staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle cash and billing
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor product quality and display
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in retail or food service/Supermarket/hypermarket (bakery experience is a plus)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Ability to handle customers and solve problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
