About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive to improve our website's organic visibility, search engine rankings, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URLs.
- Implement internal linking strategies and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance and recommend SEO improvements.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute link-building strategies.
- Perform guest posting, directory submissions, profile creation, and outreach activities.
- Build high-quality backlinks from relevant websites.
- Monitor backlink profiles and remove toxic links when required.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Technical SEO
- Monitor website indexing and crawlability.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Work closely with content and development teams to improve website performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, redirects, and sitemap updates.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink growth.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Use SEO tools to analyze website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest.
- Understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithm updates.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven track record of improving organic search performance.
