Position Description :
This role involves designing documents and validation of data according to the standard templates defined by the organization. Editing documents that contain the client-specific information and making them generic. Creating workflow process documentation for in-house clients.
Required Experience, skills and qualification:
- 2 to 6 years of work experiences
- Well-versed in the principles of strong Design and an expert in PowerPoint.
- Flair for creativity, and ability to improvise visual representation of content in PowerPoint with a skillset and a mindset to understand and present data within an aesthetically pleasing visual context.
- Fairly good understanding of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some designing tools (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
- Attention to detail, to be able to identify discrepancies in content and ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and structure.
- Ability to assess, prioritize and manage workload.
- Excellent standard of the English language, and ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Well-developed organizational skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Additional Skills – any are a plus but not a requirement:
- Art or Graphics Design training.
- Experience of working with overseas colleagues.
- Prior editing experience.
