# Job Description – Guest Relations Manager
**Position:** Guest Relations Manager in Luxury Hotel
### Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related field.
* Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
### Experience
* Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
* Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
### Key Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
* Welcome VIPs, long-stay guests, and repeat guests, ensuring all special requests and preferences are fulfilled.
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
* Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
* Lead, mentor, and train the Guest Relations team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
* Ensure adherence to the hotel's service standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
* Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and special occasions within the property management system.
* Assist in planning and executing guest engagement activities, special events, and VIP arrivals.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to guest feedback, service quality, and departmental performance.
* Foster strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
