About the Role
SafeSociety is looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to introduce our visitor and security management platform to residential societies across Patna.
This is a field-focused contract role requiring complete ownership of assigned societies—from identifying the right contacts and arranging product demonstrations to regular follow-ups and successful onboarding.
The candidate should be comfortable approaching residential societies, connecting with RWA members and committee decision-makers, and consistently following up until a clear outcome is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit suitable residential societies in Patna
- Connect with society presidents, secretaries, treasurers, committee members and facility managers
- Understand the society’s current visitor and security-management process
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested societies
- Address initial queries and objections
- Coordinate pilot setup and society onboarding
- Maintain accurate daily updates in the sales tracker
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads until onboarding or final closure
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of field-sales or business-development experience
- Fresh graduates with strong field-sales confidence may also apply
- Must be based in Patna
- Comfortable travelling locally and visiting societies regularly
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication preferred
- Comfortable demonstrating a mobile application
- Able to maintain daily sales and follow-up records
- Two-wheeler or reliable local transportation preferred
- Must be available five days per week with full commitment
Candidates with experience in real estate, broadband, telecom, CCTV, security systems, facility management, insurance, merchant acquisition or local field sales will be preferred.
*Based on performance during the contract, the role may be extended or converted into a longer-term opportunity.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
