Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to children and adults.
- Work with individuals presenting with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, speech sound disorders, language disorders, fluency difficulties, voice disorders, and other communication challenges.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and treatment reports.
- Educate and guide families regarding therapy goals, home programs, and progress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- BASLP or MASLP degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid RCI Registration (mandatory).
- Passion for working with both children and adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional learning and growth.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior clinical experience in pediatric or adult speech-language therapy will be an added advantage.
