About the Role
Xenium Platform https://xeplatform.com/ is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Intern who has recently graduated and is eager to build a career in B2B sales, marketing, and AI-driven business development.
This internship is designed for graduates who want hands-on experience working with modern sales tools, AI, automation, CRM systems, and LinkedIn outreach. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position at the end of the internship.
Eligibility
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Current students are not eligible for this role.
- Looking for candidates who are passionate about learning and building a career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Build and manage prospect databases.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Work with CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records.
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interactions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
- Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms.
- Basic understanding of CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
