Key Responsibilities
- New product development (NPD) for fasteners
- Feasibility study based on customer drawings
- Process flow preparation
- Control Plan, PFMEA, Process FMEA
- APQP & PPAP documentation
- Tooling development and trial planning
- Process validation and capability studies
- Customer drawing review and GD&T understanding
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Suppliers
- Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Support customer audits and new project launches
Pay: From ₹264,000.00 per year
