Looking for a Branch Manager
Location - Olavakode ,Palakkad
- Drive Investment/Deposit mobilization and achieve branch investment targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investment customers and generate new business.
- Lead and manage branch operations, sales, and customer service.
- Drive Gold Loan business, including sourcing, renewals, and customer acquisition.
- Promote and achieve targets for Insurance products.
- Monitor branch performance, team productivity, collections, and compliance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 3+ years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Investment/Deposit mobilization and sales preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, networking, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to lead a branch team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
