International Outbound Sales Agent – Job Description Web consultant
Job Role
- Make outbound B2b sales calls to customers in New Zealand, the UK, or Australia for Website and Digital marketing services .
- Generate leads and identify prospective customers.
- Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
- Persuade customers to purchase or sign up for services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer information and update CRM records.
- Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) from English, ICSE/CBSE School boards only;
- Previous experience in international voice process or outbound sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Shift Details
- Fixed shifts are available depending on the shift availavity:
- New Zealand Shift/Australia – Morning/Day shift (India time)
- UK Shift – Afternoon (India time)
- US Shift – Night shift (India time)
