We are looking to hire a team leader for our travel agency who can manage the sales team and focus on sales.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless booking processes (flights, hotels, tours) and service delivery.
Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Set clear performance goals (KPIs) for team members, monitor their output, and provide coaching, mentoring, and training, according to these team leader duties.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and complex customer queries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
