Located in Kirti Nagar, we are looking to expand our team with enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers.
Job Description:
We are seeking proactive and communicative Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our pet animal supplements, and establishing strong business relationships. A good understanding of computers, data management, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with veterinary doctors to promote our products and gather professional feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including veterinary doctors, to introduce our products and services
- Follow up with existing clients and veterinary professionals to build long-term relationships
- Understand client and veterinary requirements and provide relevant product information
- Communicate technical and product details clearly to veterinary doctors
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-up activities
- Update and manage client data using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Word documents
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and lead management
- Handle customer and veterinary inquiries professionally and resolve issues as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred)
- Good knowledge of computers, especially Google Sheets, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Comfortable talking to veterinary doctors and professionals in the pet industry
- Good data management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
