Infinity Hyundai is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Sales Consultant to handle online leads, manage digital inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings. The role focuses on responding to digital platforms, nurturing leads, and driving sales through virtual and telephonic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from website, social media, Google, and other digital platforms
- Make prompt follow-up calls and maintain high response time
- Convert digital inquiries into showroom visits and test drives
- Conduct virtual product presentations and explain offers
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for closures
- Achieve monthly digital sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in tele-sales / digital sales / automobile sales
- Must have knowledge of 4 wheeler with valid DL and personal two wheeler
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp Business, social media, and email handling
- Good follow-up and lead nurturing ability
- Target-driven and result-oriented
- Graduate preferred
