Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer to join our core team. You will be responsible for bringing our brand story, products, and marketing campaigns to life through high-quality visual storytelling. As part of a startup, you will have the creative freedom to experiment, build visual assets from scratch, and shape our overall design aesthetic across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Asset Creation: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, promotional clips, and social media content (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube shorts).
Concept & Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm creative concepts, script layouts, and create detailed storyboards before production.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand’s visual identity, ensuring all animated elements are cohesive across different platforms.
Post-Production: Handle video editing, sound design/syncing, color correction, and formatting assets for various screen sizes and platforms.
Iterative Design: Move quickly from concept to execution, actively incorporating feedback to optimize visual performance based on audience engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (Startup or agency experience is a major plus). A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating excellent timing, pacing, and visual style is mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Animations and Photoshop. Familiarity with 3D animation tools (like Cinema 4D or Blender) is a strong advantage.
Startup Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Communication: Strong communication skills to pitch creative concepts and collaborate across small, cross-functional teams.
Terms of Employment & Commitment
To ensure team stability and continuity during a crucial growth phase, we require dedicated team members who are ready to grow with us.
Mandatory Commitment: A strict 1-year employment commitment (bond) is required upon joining.
Document Submission: Candidates must submit their original academic certificates/documents to the company for the duration of the 1-year commitment period. These will be securely held and returned immediately upon the successful completion of the tenure.
