iring: Telecaller / Patient Coordinator (IVF Centre)
Location: Kanpur
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller / Patient Coordinator to join our IVF and fertility centre.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming patient inquiries and provide information about IVF and fertility treatments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with patient leads and appointments.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with doctors.
- Guide patients regarding fertility services and treatment processes.
- Maintain patient records and follow-up data.
- Ensure professional, empathetic, and confidential communication with patients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good telecalling and patient-handling skills.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, hospital, or IVF industry preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to build rapport with patients.
