Job Summary
Bishop Cotton School is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Coordinator responsible for increasing student enrolment through strategic marketing initiatives, lead management, and relationship building. The role focuses on generating admissions through advertisements, referrals, community outreach, and diligent lead tracking, while maintaining the school’s reputation and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student admissions.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Lead tracking and CRM management.
- Manage admission inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrolment data.
- Represent the school at education fairs, community events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in admissions, sales, or educational marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns.
- Target-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
