Job Summary
Anand Paints is looking for an experienced Sr. Territory Sales Manager who can independently handle an assigned territory, develop the dealer/distributor network, increase sales volume, and drive business growth for Thinner, Turpentine, Sealer, and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory.
- Appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Increase product sales and market share.
- Generate new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Regularly visit dealers, distributors, paint shops, and industrial customers.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding recovery.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong dealer/distributor network in the paint, thinner, chemical, or building material industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Paints, Chemicals, Thinner, Turpentine, Sealer, Solvents, or Building Materials.
