Job Summary:
We are looking for a strong and experienced Zonal Head to manage multiple clinics of Toot Dental in Hyderabad. The role focuses on revenue growth, operational excellence, team leadership, and patient experience across all clinics.
Key Responsibilities (Revenue & Business Focus):
Drive overall zone revenue growth and monthly target achievement
Improve patient footfall, conversion rate, and treatment acceptance
Monitor daily/weekly clinic-wise revenue performance
Ensure achievement of OP (outpatient) and revenue KPIs
Increase profitability through better utilization of dental services
Reduce revenue leakage and improve billing/collection efficiency
Support marketing initiatives to increase patient inflow
Ensure strong follow-up and patient retention systems across clinics
Operational Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise multiple dental clinics in Hyderabad
Lead Clinic Managers, Dentists, and Front Office teams
Ensure SOP compliance and service quality standards
Conduct regular clinic visits and performance reviews
Handle escalations from patients and staff
Support recruitment, training, and team development
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and multi-clinic management experience
Revenue-driven mindset and KPI focus
Good communication and people management skills
Strong understanding of dental clinic operations
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Eligibility:
Qualification: BDS/MDS
Experience: 8+ years in Dental Industry
Experience in multi-clinic / dental chain preferred
Salary:
₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA + Performance Incentives
