Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process transactions, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in data management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and general ledger.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding receivables.
- Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Prepare payment schedules and monitor due dates.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate MIS reports and expense statements.
- Support budget preparation and cost tracking activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, vouchers, and records.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
Asset & Expense Management
- Track company assets and maintain asset registers.
- Monitor project expenses and vendor payments.
- Verify employee reimbursements and expense claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Additional certification in Tally, GST, or Accounting Software is preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, interior design, or project-based industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,588.03 per month
