- Travergy provides assistance for locations in more than 130 countries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel.
- Understand client preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, hotels, flights, cruises, and tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries.
- Make reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing tours.
- Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide visa guidance and travel documentation support.
- Arrange travel insurance when required.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide customer support before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and destination information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
