Role Overview
Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Sr. Executive-Production :

Review & Implement Master Plan (shift wise). Does minor adjustments as per shift requirement.

Man Power management.
-
Ensure the specified process parameter & safety guidelines for product Manufacturing.
-
Ensure that the quality norms are being followed during quality control.
-
Ensure that the corrective & preventive action are being taken if any anomaly observed.
-
RM, packing material & general items planning
-
Preparation of shift production reports & MIS
-
Responsible for shift operation (both production & QC) efficiency.
-
Initiate & implement process improvement measures for increasing effectiveness & efficiency of production in consultation with Head-Deptt.
-
Training & development of subordinate
-
Initiate & implement ways to improve safety & environmentally friendly production in consultation with Head-Deptt.
-
Ensure the 5S of Mfg plant
-
Coordinate with maintenance personnel for preventive maintenance & breakdowns.

Conflict management of subordinates
Your Profile – What do You bring as Sr. Executive- Production :

B.Tech Preferred
-
Proven experience in production for ideally inks and coatings
-
Min. 4 years comprehensive experience in production
