Job Title: Principal
Organization: Tapasya College
Location: As per organizational requirement
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the college.
- Ensure discipline, academic excellence, and smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Supervise and mentor faculty members.
- Teach Commerce, Economics, and/or English to Intermediate students.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and academic outcomes.
- Coordinate with management to achieve institutional goals and maintain academic quality.
Eligibility:
Qualification:
Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), Economics (MA Economics), or English (MA English). B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Principal in a college.
- Ability to teach Commerce, Economics, and/or English at the Intermediate level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
