We are looking for energetic and responsible Store Managers to lead our retail and wholesale store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day management.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Supervise and guide store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Maintain proper merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Any discipline).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, supermarket, or FMCG store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam. Tamil and English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, ERP systems such as Odoo or Tally is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused.
