Key Responsibilities Member & Guest Relations: Lead personalized check-ins, anticipate member preferences, and handle complex guest resolutions with high diplomacy. Team Leadership: Train staff on luxury brand standards, manage shift rotations, and conduct daily operational huddles. Revenue & Billing: Drive front desk upselling (room upgrades, experiences) and supervise accurate night audits and billing ledgers. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations and room allocations.
Profile & Requirements Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management. Experience: 5+ years in front office operations, with 2–3 years in a leadership role at premium 3/4/5-star resorts. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., IDS, Opera). Core Skills: Strong English communication, crisis management, and an understanding of vacation ownership/timeshare hospitality.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
