We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to handle construction projects from planning to execution. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, manpower, client coordination, billing, planning, and project completion within timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
Manage complete project execution at site.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare project planning, scheduling, and daily progress monitoring.
Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Handle manpower, material planning, and site resources effectively.
Monitor project cost and control wastage.
Prepare DPR, progress reports, and billing coordination.
Resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular site meetings and report to management.
