Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Conducts induction for new joiners, delivers ongoing training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hospitality etiquette, and service sequences.
- Product Knowledge & Quality: Ensures staff are knowledgeable about Products, price and shelf life details
- Performance Enhancement: Identifies skill gaps through observation, conducts mock service sessions, and provides coaching to improve service efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintains training records, attendance, and feedback; updates training manuals and digital resources.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborates with outlet managers and HR to align training with company goals and new outlet openings.
- Health & Safety: Ensures compliance with food safety, HACCP, and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally requires 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Trainer, Service Trainer, or relevant hospitality role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting workshops and creating materials.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel) and potentially a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of QSR, casual, or fine dining service standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
