About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback.
- Roll out offer letters and manage joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in payroll coordination and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain HR MIS and employee database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies.
- Coordinate performance review documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also apply.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
