2) Job Profile
Designation: Sales Executive (International & Domestic Business Development)
- Experience Level: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients, industrial buyers, and global procurement teams.
- Handling incoming inquiries, understanding client requirements for electrical/engineering components, and preparing competitive commercial quotations.
- Following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting inquiries into successful business orders.
- Coordinating with the internal procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely client updates.
3) CTC/Package/Stipend
- First 3 Months (Training & Probation): Candidates will undergo a 3-month training and probation period. A fixed stipend will be provided during this time, determined individually based on the candidate's core knowledge and relevant experience.
- Post-Probation (Company Payroll): After evaluating their performance and work output during the 3-month period, successful candidates will be transitioned onto the permanent company payroll with a revised annual CTC package commensurate with their performance and capabilities.

6) Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Batches: 2026 or 2027 Graduating Batches (and recent pass-outs with 0-6 months experience).
- Eligible Branches: Open to all graduates, with preference given to:
- BBA / MBA
- B.Com graduates with a strong knack for technical commercial sales.
7) Preferred Qualification
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication is highly preferred for interacting with diverse clients.
- Technical Aptitude: A proactive, quick learner who can easily grasp technical product specifications, dimensions, and industrial applications.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for managing client sheets and databases).
- Mindset: Highly driven, result-oriented, and comfortable handling corporate outreach.
