Position: Facilities Manager

Job Purpose
To ensure the school campus is safe, clean, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, playgrounds, and other facilities.
- Ensure electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other essential systems are functioning properly.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with external vendors and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Support the setup and facility requirements for school events and activities.
- Maintain records of assets, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
- Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or campus management.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
