Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Monthly/Annual Sales Objective
- Develop Annual / Quarterly / Monthly Growth Plan and Operational Plan for National Chains
- Monthly Objective Setting & creating Annual Business Plan for Key Accounts.
- Tracking and Review of Performance
- Support and Intervention to ensure smooth deliverables
- Align plans with Institutional / OOH(Out of Home) - Head and Regional Teams
Channel Development
- Supporting Institutional / OOH(Out of Home) - Head in planning & strategizing the Expansion & Extraction agendas for the year.
- Closing TOT's, Negotiating price, Ensuring Sku /Brand readiness, Laying the pipeline for future business.
-- Ensure Creating of an Annual Business plan with Key customers. Review and track performance
- IdentifY New Channel Opportunities & growth segments within accounts and execute engagement activities
- Relationship Building
Trade Marketing
- Device & Execute GTM Plans for New Launches, Restages & priority Sku's.
- Ensure profitability by driving sales of Priority Sku's.
- Ensure ECOs of brands, width and depth relevant to each sub channel
- Devising & Executing best in class VI, execution of consumer promotions, customer engagement activities.
Sales Development
- Rolling out Rewards & recognition initiatives for the channel
- Regular performance tracking and feedback
- Devising & timely roll out of Sales support Energizers to improve Sales.
Operate TOT Budgets & System Adherence
- Plan and budget for TOT spends
- Ensure spends are within set budgets
- Ensure compliance of sales, commercial and planning systems and processes
- Ensure compliance of financial hygiene
MI, Tracking and Reporting
- Track and report competition activities
- Track and report new business opportunities / activation opportunities
Key Result Area
- Achieve Monthly Sales Objectives for Core Chains
- Business Development through Intern Management, New Account Activation, New Product Launch and ensure to tap regional or seasonal opportunities
- Ensure best in class Point of Sale execution
- Ensure Customer Management through TOTs signing, adherence and wiring
- Drive brand objectives at account / sub channel / channel level
- Plan & Execute new products GTM’s as per plan
- Responsible for execution of Customer & Consumer Promotion /Engagement Activities
- Work in a matrix structure and align Institutional / OOH(Out of Home) - Head on quarterly and monthly Institutional / OOH(Out of Home) plans
- Liaison with Regional and National Commercial, Planning and HR support functions to ensure functional hygiene for team.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
