The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward helping individuals make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel candidates regarding available job opportunities and career paths.
- Understand candidate profiles, skills, and career aspirations.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Provide accurate information regarding job roles, company policies, and recruitment processes.
- Maintain candidate records and update databases regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Assist the HR and Recruitment team in daily hiring activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good listening and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
