About the Role
iCloudEMS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
- Ensure timely GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and budget utilization.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, EdTech, or ERP-based organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and vendor management.
