About Huksa:
Huksa is the L&D vertical of Infollion Research Services, delivering end-to-end managed training and eLearning solutions for B2B corporate clients across pharma, manufacturing, BFSI, automotive, and retail. We're growing our sales team and looking for an Inside Sales Intern who's ready to learn the craft of consultative B2B selling from the ground up.
About the Role
You'll work closely with the sales team on market research, client outreach, and pipeline management, gaining hands-on exposure to how L&D solutions are sold to CHROs, CLOs, and L&D leaders at mid-to-large enterprises. You'll be involved in real business conversations and learn how consultative selling works in a specialized, relationship-driven space.
What You'll Do
Conduct market research to identify potential clients
Support outreach via calls and emails to initiate and nurture conversations
Draft and send professional follow-up communications to prospects
Assist in managing and updating the sales pipeline
Participate in client conversations and learn to identify business needs
Collaborate with the broader Huksa team to understand how solutions are positioned and delivered

A genuine interest in learning B2B sales, especially consultative selling
