Job Purpose
- Build a strong, future‑ready talent pipeline through capability‑building programs and digital initiatives.
- Position the Bank as an employer of choice by strengthening social media presence, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Drive consistent and transparent hiring processes by integrating program management, analytics, communication, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Capability Building & Program Management
- Design, execute, and continuously refine talent capability programs in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage end to end program workflows: candidate sourcing, test scheduling, assessments, results processing, interview coordination, documentation, and offer release.
- Govern assessment tools: central reassignment, annual contracts, and vendor payment closures.
- Manage E channel portals: dashboards, usage training for TA, subscription renewals, and vendor reconciliation.
- Ensure robust program data hygiene through real time trackers, weekly/monthly JRM updates, and dashboard publishing.
2. Social Media & Employer Branding
- Identify EVPs and translate them into engaging communication across digital channels.
- Manage Careers Site content, enhancements, and user experience.
- Partner with Marketing & Corp Comms to run TA‑specific social media handles, campaigns, and content pipelines.
- Create templates and content for internal and external communications (mailers, posts, videos, campaigns).
- Support HR team members on optimizing their professional social media presence.
3. Digital Recruitment Channels & Referral Programs
- Manage E‑channels: dashboards, training, adoption metrics, renewals, and vendor governance.
- Drive social‑media-led sourcing strategies and referral campaigns in collaboration with TA partners.
- Identify technology interventions to enhance candidate reach and referral effectiveness.
4. Candidate Experience & Insights
- Monitor candidate NPS and feedback; conduct RCA for problem cases and drive improvements.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of queries, including social media escalations.
- Benchmark industry hiring practices and recommend enhancements to TA processes.
Candidate Profile
MBA - HR , with 3 years + experience in Talent Acquisition , Employer Branding , Capability Building or Social Media
