About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business objectives and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, measure performance, and provide actionable insights that help improve processes and outcomes.
What You'll DoData Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable business insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues
- Maintain databases, datasets, and reporting tools
- Assist with data governance and documentation initiatives
- Support data migration, integration, and validation activities when required
Business Intelligence & Insights
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through data exploration
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Support strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across operations, finance, sales, marketing, and technology
- Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows where possible
- Contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making efforts
- Assist with special projects and analytical initiatives as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages
- Knowledge of databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience creating dashboards and business intelligence reports
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics-related roles
