Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain content within the Content Management System (CMS) , including creation, editing, publishing, and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop and refine content workflows and publishing schedules, supporting efficiency and timely delivery. Monitor content performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements to enhance engagement and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues, coordinating with IT or vendors when needed. Provide training and support to staff and content contributors on CMS processes and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX, IT) to align CMS-driven content initiatives with organizational goals. Stay updated on CMS technologies, trends, and best practices, applying insights to improve system usage and content quality.
