Recruitment Coordination & Hiring Support
* Coordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
* Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
* Ensure timely closure of open positions.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
* Conduct initial HR screening calls.
* Support employer branding and hiring campaigns.
* Assist leadership in campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
* Manage complete onboarding process.
* Ensure joining documentation is completed.
* Coordinate oVer acceptance and joining formalities.
* Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
* Create a smooth joining experience for new employees.
* Track probation and confirmation processes.
3. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
* Organize employee engagement activities.
* Conduct monthly celebrations, events and recognition programs.
* Drive employee wellness initiatives.
* Create a positive and energetic work culture.
* Support internal communication programs.
* Manage employee feedback mechanisms.
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
* Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
* Maintain a healthy and professional work environment.
* Resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
* Escalate critical matters to leadership when required.
* Conduct stay interviews and engagement discussions.
5. HR Operations & Agency Coordination
* Coordinate with external payroll agency.
* Coordinate with external compliance partners.
* Coordinate with external PMS and HR consulting partners.
* Ensure timely collection and sharing of required employee information.
* Maintain HR records and employee database.
* Track attendance, leave and employee documentation.
* Ensure HR process adherence across departments.
6. Exit Management & Retention
* Conduct exit interviews.
* Manage clearance and handover process.
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during separation.
* Analyze attrition trends and employee feedback.
* Support retention initiatives.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
* Maintain HR dashboards and trackers.
* Publish monthly HR reports.
* Track recruitment, attrition, attendance and engagement metrics.
* Present HR insights to leadership.
8. Culture Building & CEO OVice Support
* Work directly with the Founder & CEO on organizational initiatives.
* Support culture-building programs.
* Assist in implementation of HR policies and processes.
* Help drive accountability, ownership and employee productivity.
* Participate in strategic HR and organizational development projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
* 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong command over English and Hindi.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable interacting with employees across all levels.
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and HR tools.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
* Experience in startups or fast-growing organizations.
* Exposure to recruitment coordination.
* Exposure to employee engagement activities.
* Experience working with HRMS platforms.
