About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative SEO Content Writer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of SEO, and the ability to create engaging, informative, and search-engine-friendly content that drives organic traffic and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, original, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, service pages, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate primary, secondary, and long-tail keywords naturally into content.
- Optimize content for search intent, readability, headings, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
- Research industry-related topics and produce accurate, engaging, and well-structured articles.
- Write compelling meta titles, meta descriptions, FAQs, and other SEO elements.
- Update and optimize existing content to improve rankings, traffic, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, and design teams to meet content and campaign objectives.
- Monitor content performance and make improvements based on SEO data and search trends.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and content marketing trends.
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, plagiarism-free, factually accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in SEO content writing.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, search intent, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar SEO tools.
- Ability to research complex topics and explain them clearly.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS and basic HTML is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio of published SEO articles or website content is preferred.
