Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Tour Packages Sales Executive who can handle international holiday inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The role is purely focused on selling and designing international tour packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound holiday package inquiries
- Design customized international tour packages (Europe, UK, Bali, Dubai, etc.)
- Quote packages including flights, hotels, transfers & sightseeing
- Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations
- Maintain proper client follow-ups and CRM updates
Candidate Requirements:
- 0–3 years experience in international tour package sales
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome
- Strong destination knowledge (Europe & popular international destinations preferred)
- Target-oriented and confident closer
- Ability to calculate costing & margins
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage
Training & Growth:
- 1–2 months structured training will be provided on destinations, costing, sales process & closing techniques
