Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk at our immigration office. This role is the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the office, so professionalism and clear communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant department.
- Manage appointment scheduling for visa counselors and consultants.
- Maintain visitor records and basic client information.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and counseling team for client follow-ups.
- Respond to basic inquiries about visa and immigration services.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to manage calls, visitors, and appointments efficiently.
- Prior experience in a visa consultancy or immigration office is an advantage.
