Responsibilities
- Assist customers with apparel selections, providing expert advice and product knowledge.
- Manage product displays, ensuring they are organized and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and product lines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory levels and participate in stock management.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing events.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in a sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
