Role Overview
We are seeking an Electronics & Hardware Design Engineer to own hardware development end-to-end — from architecture and schematic capture through PCB layout, bring-up, validation, and production support.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end hardware development: architecture, schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout, prototyping, bring-up, and validation
- Design power management circuits, microcontroller-based systems, and communication interfaces
- Deliver reliable, manufacturable, cost-optimized PCB designs (signal integrity, thermal, EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT)
- Board bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis using lab equipment
- Support manufacturing: prototype builds, NPI, production test development, supplier coordination, field failure analysis
- Prepare design reviews and engineering documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Electrical, or ECE
- 3–5 years of experience in electronics hardware design and product development
- Strong analog/digital circuit design foundation
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer or Cadence
- At least one product taken from prototype through production
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, spectrum analyzers
- Experience with SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet, JTAG, or SDIO
- Power supply design experience (buck, boost, LDO, flyback)
Nice to Have
ARM processors, PMICs, DDR/LPDDR, wireless (Wi-Fi/BLE/LTE/GNSS), MATLAB/Python/LabVIEW, EMI/EMC compliance (FCC/CE/UL), rigid-flex PCB experience
