. Site Execution
- Supervise and manage all day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare progress reports.
2. Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
- Ensure availability of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
- Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and IS Codes.
- Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after execution.
- Coordinate material testing such as concrete cube tests, slump tests, soil compaction tests, etc.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality records.
- Piling and Raft
4. Safety (HSE)
- Enforce all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
5. Material & Store Coordination
- Coordinate with the Store Incharge for timely receipt and issue of materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Verify material quality before use.
- Maintain material reconciliation records.
6. Labour & Contractor Management
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
- Allocate work efficiently to achieve daily targets.
- Resolve labour-related issues at the site.
7. Measurement & Billing Support
- Verify executed work quantities.
- Assist in preparing Measurement Books (MB).
- Support client billing and subcontractor billing.
- Maintain records of executed work.
8. Documentation
- Maintain site diaries and daily progress reports.
- Prepare work completion reports.
- Keep records of inspections, approvals, and material receipts.
- Ensure all site documents are updated regularly.
9. Client Coordination
- Attend client and consultant meetings.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Address client observations and close punch-list items promptly.
10. Equipment Management
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor equipment productivity and downtime.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
