Job Role
- In this role, associates will manage contractual relationships with IT suppliers especially Tier 1 and Tier 2s and conduct service reviews for Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors as agreed in the IT Supplier Contract.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse the Vendor and Other Service Providers SLA and KPI's and Prepare performance score cards on a periodic basis depending upon the applicable tier such as key performance metrics, SLAs, and key results from contractual compliance and risk management, innovation opportunities, support/escalations, key achievements, customer voice (through surveys).
- Review Vendor Other Service Provider contracts for contractual obligations and draft the validation approach.
- Setup trackers and process to monitor delivery of contractual obligations and proactively initiate requests to the applicable Vendor Other Service Provider as needed.
- Set up governance framework with Vendor Other Service Provider on reporting, Continual Service Improvement, and performance evaluation.
- Manage Supplier Risk and Issues.
- Monitor Supplier Credit Ratings.
- Co-ordinate with Contract & Commercial Manager for review and e-signature of IT contracts
